Born in Columbia, SC, Edward Pritchard’s Carolina roots run deep. After working at Sinkler & Boyd, P.A. for nearly 12 years, Edward formed Pritchard Law Group, LLC in 2002. Edward has been admitted to the South Carolina Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court as well as the South Carolina Bar. In addition to his extensive mediation experience, he has also served as an expert witness in multiple insurance coverage matters.

Rosa Raspaldo is the Litigation Paralegal and office manager of Pritchard Law Group, LLC. With 20 years of paralegal experience across New York, Puerto Rico, Georgia and now South Carolina, Ms. Raspaldo assumes the first contact of clientele, court personnel, governmental and regulatory agencies, exhibiting immediate attention and discretion with every contact made. Part of her duties include investigating and validating new case information, coordinating law office activities and client proposals, and assisting with trial preparation. Prior to joining Pritchard Law Group, LLC, Ms. Raspaldo worked as the Senior Compliance Officer for the Chief Operating Counsel of a large German investment bank where she conducted employee code of ethics violations and due diligence investigations. She also worked as a Trial Paralegal with a large New York City law firm, managing personal injuries, maritime and aviation cases. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and received her B.A. from City College of New York.
